6th in a series of 7 emails letting the 7500 subscriber-base know all the pertinent details for and sell tickets to the Final Concert & Awards (primary CTA), and promote the Silent Auction (secondary CTA.) This email focused on the WHY.

For the 2025-26 cycle of the Vancouver Kiwanis Music Festivals, we created sponsorship tiers from scratch, mapping out opportunities and benefits. After we created the details and framework as a team, I created the printable assets to share on the website and with potential sponsors. This is the easy at-a-glance sponsorship chart.

In order to improve the registration process and experience, I extended the planning cycle from a 4-6 planning cycle to a 2-year planning cycle. I produced this postcard and distributed it to all ensembles at the 2026 Large Ensembles Festivals, so that they left knowing all the pertinent details to plan their involvement in the 2027 Festivals.

The Steering Committee for the Final Concert & Awards and Silent Auction wanted an event poster for this that featured some of the art that we had up for auction. At this point in the marketing cycle, we were marketing the auction more primarily than the concert.

This was the version of the poster that was requested for display at the event itself. The auction items were physically present, but all the bidding occurred online, so we were aiming to remove as much friction from the bidding and buying process as possible.

Live at the auction, we needed a sheet on each auction item to help navigate interested parties directly to the bidding page for that specific item. I created these items sheets, each with individual QR codes, for every item up for auction, while also featuring important information for people to have in order to make their bidding choices.
