The Foundation is a workshop designed to help participants establish - you guessed it - a strong foundation for their vocal practice. We will cover the fundamentals of sound production, including supportive breath work, the basics of easeful voice production, and voice care, including vocal budget and rest. Through a combination of lectures, group discussions, and hands-on exercises, we will develop the skills needed to create a safe and sustainable vocal practice. Additionally, we will explore the power of voice and how to use it to communicate confidently and effectively. By the end of this workshop, participants will be well on their way to developing their own unique voice.

The second workshop, "The Details," will provide participants with a comprehensive overview of the speech habits and body language necessary for confident and effective communication. Participants will learn about vocal fry, upspeak, speech tone and rhythm, volume and vocal projection, enunciation, storytelling, exuding vocal confidence, and utilizing body language to match and enhance vocal delivery. All of these skills will be put into practice during the workshop, with the goal of helping participants build their own personal style and presence when speaking. With the skills acquired during this workshop, participants will be able to confidently and effectively communicate in any situation.

My private coaching sessions are focused on helping you to improve your vocal technique, develop your performance skills, and build confidence in your voice. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and goals, and I provide detailed feedback and guidance to help you reach your potential.

After our initial in-person workshops, I offer a package of private one-on-one coaching sessions via Zoom/Google Meet. During these sessions, I will work with you to refine your vocal technique, performance skills, and self-confidence. I will provide detailed feedback and guidance to help you reach your potential and make progress toward your goals.

My private coaching sessions are an extremely effective way to improve your vocal ability and take your performance to the next level. I am committed to helping you reach your goals in a supportive and encouraging environment.

My unique approach includes in-person workshops hosted by me at your place of business, followed by private follow-up sessions via Zoom - giving your team the guidance and support that they need to polish their communication skills. I highly recommend these two follow-up sessions per participant in order to integrate the new skills into each person's voice. Optionally, you can increase additional follow-up privates to keep coaching current on a longer term basis.
